1. Service provider

play2gether.fun is a games.enterprises subproject. The operator, seller, and personal data controller is Katsiaryna Filosaf, an individual operating from Poland. Residential and postal address: ul. Rolna 1, 30-318 Kraków, Poland. Telephone: +1 (343) 655-5448.

“Play Together!” is the localized English name of play2gether.fun and is not a separate legal entity.

2. Support

For account, room, game, purchase, accessibility, security, or possible-charge questions, contact support@games.enterprises. Include the page or game, a short description, event time, account email, and order identifier where relevant. Do not send a password, full card number, or CVC.

3. Personal data

Send access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, consent-withdrawal, and data-complaint requests to privacy@games.enterprises. Preferably write from the account email; we may request minimal additional verification to protect the data.

4. Complaints and legal notices

Send a consumer complaint, rights notice, or other legal claim to support@games.enterprises or the operator's postal address. Include the sender, reply contact, relevant URLs or identifiers, facts, grounds, and desired resolution.

We answer a Polish consumer complaint within 14 calendar days on a durable medium unless a shorter mandatory period applies. ADR is available after an unresolved complaint; official information is at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl.

5. Security and abuse

Report a vulnerability, compromised account, or unlawful conduct to support@games.enterprises with Security or Abuse in the subject. Do not extract another person's data, disrupt the site, or publish details before allowing reasonable remediation time. This does not authorize unlawful conduct.

6. Languages and fallback

You may write in Russian, English, Spanish, or Polish. Mandatory information for Polish consumers is also provided in Polish. If domain email is temporarily unavailable, use 100games.enterprises@gmail.com.
