Terms of Use
Rules for rooms, accounts, games, and one-time digital purchases on play2gether.fun.
1. Operator and acceptance
These Terms govern the play2gether.fun website, rooms, game catalog, accounts, and one-time digital access rights (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Katsiaryna Filosaf, an individual operating from Poland under the games.enterprises brand. “Play Together!” is a localized Service name, not a separate legal entity.
By using the Service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We separately ask you to accept the applicable order terms before a purchase. If you do not agree, do not use the Service or place an order.
2. Age and legal capacity
You must be at least 13 to create an account or room. If the law where you live requires parental or guardian consent at your age, you may use the Service only with that consent. A child under 13 may participate only under an adult's direct supervision, without their own account and without placing personal data in a display name or answer.
A purchase may be made only by a person who is at least 18, has legal capacity to contract, and is authorized to use the payment method. A parent or guardian may purchase in their own name where lawful.
3. Guest mode and accounts
A room creator may start new games without registering for 10 minutes from room creation. A game started before that window ends continues without interruption; before the next game starts, the Service asks the creator to register or sign in. Joining players ordinarily do not need an account unless the relevant screen clearly says otherwise.
Provide a working email and password when registering. We may require email verification before a purchase or another protected action. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for account activity to the extent permitted by law. Report suspected unauthorized access to support@games.enterprises.
4. Rooms and invited players
A room lasts for up to 24 hours from creation. Its creator controls the game selection and start and is responsible for inviting suitable participants. The creator's paid right to host a game includes invited guests in that room; it does not give those guests a separate purchase or a right to create their own paid rooms.
Display names, answers, votes, and results are visible to other room participants as needed for play. Do not enter secrets, payment details, a precise address, health information, or other sensitive data. A room code is intended for invited people, and you are responsible for whom you share it with.
5. Acceptable use
We grant a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You must not interfere with the Service, evade access or payment controls, use bots or cheats, access another person's account or room, distribute malicious code, or overload the infrastructure.
Threats, harassment, hateful or illegal material, sexual exploitation, another person's personal data, fraud, and intellectual-property infringement are prohibited. We may remove room data or proportionately restrict a feature or account in response to risk or a breach.
6. Games and intellectual property
The software, visual design, text, names, prompts, and brand materials are owned by the operator or used with permission. A purchase grants only the described access right and does not transfer ownership, source code, trademarks, or resale rights.
You may not copy, publish, bulk extract, resell, or commercially exploit a substantial part of the Service without written permission, except where the law expressly allows it.
7. The three one-time products
One Game for US$0.99 is an indefinite, non-transferable account right to create rooms with the selected game while that game and the Service remain available. All Games for 24 Hours for US$0.99 runs for 24 consecutive hours from activation. All Games for 30 Days for US$4.99 runs for 30 consecutive calendar days, meaning 30 periods of 24 hours, from activation.
The first timed pass activates after payment confirmation. If the account already has an active or queued All Games pass, the new pass is queued to start immediately after the previous one ends, without overlapping terms. The account and contract confirmation show the actual start and end dates.
Catalog passes include games marked as included during the access period. Checkout identifies the product, amount, term, and limitations before payment. Every purchase is one-time: there is no trial, automatic renewal, or recurring charge.
Access is tied to the purchaser's account. A verified email, valid session, internet connection, supported browser, and availability of the relevant game and Service are required. Rights cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for money.
8. Payment and activation
Payment takes place on Stripe-hosted Checkout. Stripe receives card details directly; we do not receive or store the full card number or CVC. The total USD price includes applicable indirect tax and is displayed before the button that creates an obligation to pay.
We activate access only after independently confirming a successful final Stripe payment. A short synchronization delay may occur. We send a durable contract confirmation to the verified email with the product, price, tax treatment, activation time, accepted terms version, and support channels.
9. Immediate digital supply and withdrawal
Before payment, you separately ask us to begin digital supply immediately, before any 14-day withdrawal period ends. For the indefinite one-game right, you also acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right for digital content may end after access is supplied, provided every mandatory condition is met.
For a 24-hour or 30-day access service, a lawful withdrawal after service begins may require payment only for the proportion already supplied. After full performance, the right may end only where applicable law's conditions are met. These acknowledgements do not remove remedies for non-supply, non-conformity, an unauthorized charge, or another breach.
10. Refunds and payment disputes
The Cancellation and Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law apply. A full refund, valid withdrawal, or final chargeback ends the corresponding paid right once confirmed. A proportionate price reduction does not by itself remove the remaining access right.
You may contact support@games.enterprises before contacting your bank so that we can locate the payment and offer a resolution. This does not restrict any deadline or right to contact the card issuer, payment network, consumer authority, or a court.
11. Availability, changes, and termination
We may fix games, change free features, and carry out maintenance. We do not promise absolute continuity or error-free operation. A material lack of conformity or withdrawal of paid access is governed by mandatory law and may lead to repair, a proportionate price reduction, termination, or refund.
We may restrict an account for a material or repeated breach, fraud, a security threat, or a legal requirement. Where possible, we explain the reason and appeal route. Account deletion and a refund are separate: before deletion we explain the effect on account-bound purchases without limiting data rights or mandatory paid-content remedies.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the free Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and mandatory consumer rights.
Otherwise, we are not liable for unforeseeable indirect losses, lost data, profit, or business opportunity. No limitation deprives a consumer of the essential contractual remedy for a paid digital product.
13. Governing law and disputes
Polish law governs these Terms. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence or restrict access to a competent court or authority where that right cannot be excluded.
Please first send a complaint to support@games.enterprises. A 14-day response period applies to a Polish consumer complaint. After an unresolved complaint, a city or district consumer ombudsman, ADR through the competent Voivodeship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection, and the courts remain available; current official information is at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively for changes to the Service, law, or security. The new date appears above. We give prominent notice of material changes affecting an account or purchase and seek new consent where required. The terms of a completed purchase remain in the contract confirmation.
